Eligibility Check
We start by confirming whether your home qualifies for the Warmer Kiwi Homes insulation grant. With just a few quick questions, we can let you know if you’re eligible for 50%–90% off ceiling and underfloor insulation.

Free Home Assessment
If eligible, we arrange a convenient time to visit your property. Our assessor checks the ceiling and underfloor cavities, measures the home, and identifies what insulation is needed to meet programme requirements.

Funding Approval
After the assessment, we provide a clear quote showing the funded portion and your contribution (if any). Once you accept the quote, we submit everything to EECA for final approval so the grant can be applied.
